Peter Alexander combines the best of both coasts, having studied business at UCLA and in Wisconsin, where his Midwest roots instilled a relentless work ethic and drive for success. With over 35 years of hands-on experience in the building industry, Peter is a licensed General Contractor known for his expertise across a wide range of projects. From exterior and interior plaster and stucco to hillside structural concrete construction and building foundations, he’s seen it all.

Peter excels in creating resilient properties with his deep knowledge of drainage systems and stormwater control. He’s also a pro at wood framing, plumbing, electrical installations, and stunning interior finishes, including tile work. As a licensed real estate professional, Peter has a keen eye for property value and potential, offering invaluable insight into real estate investments. With his diverse skill set and unwavering commitment, Peter is a versatile and trusted force in both construction and real estate.
